Hello! It's Grace and Kathryn. We are are identical twins who share a love for Pilates. As Romana's Pilates Instructors, we can be found teaching and training at Park Cities Pilates Center in University Park in Dallas.
After training in classical ballet since age 11, we were introduced to Romana Pilates at age 14 when dancing for Paul Mejia, Romana's son. Romana Krzyanowska was Joe Pilates' protégé. We feel honored to carry forward their love and wealth of knowledge of classical pilates through teaching privates and semi-privates in an inviting environment.
